Susie Waud

Susie Waud was born and raised in the Rochester, NY area. She and her husband, Ed, moved to St. Augustine in 2015. Susie started as an office volunteer in that same spring. In 2017, she became a member of the office staff. Susie has been very active in the Ladies Guild, is a Eucharistic Minister and is an active participant working the OLGC Lenten Fish Fries, as well as many other events.

Susie has an associate degree in Secretarial Science and comes to Our Lady of Good Counsel with much experience, having worked for many years for the Quaker Oats Company as the assistant to the Director of Human Resource, providing support to him and taking on many other duties such as pre-employment processing and benefits administration. Susie also worked as a Volunteer Coordinator for The Veterans Outreach Center……the only non-profit agency to continually serve our veterans, other than the VA, since the end of the Vietnam War.

Outside her professional commitments, Susie cherishes her time spent with her two sons and their families.
